Shipping policy

CHECKOUT

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. We use Shopify to process all credit, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. All of our products are handmade and made in the USA and can take some time to be fulfilled!

After your order has finished processing, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address you provided at checkout as soon as your order shipping out.

SHIPPING

• USPS Priority Shipping within the contiguous USA
• Order weight up to 5 lbs: $11.50
• Order weight 5-20 lbs: $20-$45
  

Chen Creative Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it as soon as possible. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we'll do everything we can to help.
