After your order has finished processing, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address you provided at checkout as soon as your order has shipped out.

ChenCreativeStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it as soon as possible. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we’ll do everything we can to help.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This fee will be deducted from your refund. 


You can return your purchase for up to 14 days after you receive your order, no questions asked, as long as your item is in undamaged, re-sellable condition.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us. For other returns, please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We know that some large companies offer free return shipping, and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, thanks for your understanding!

When returning an item, we are not responsible for items that get damaged or lost in transit. 


Once we have received your order return, we will process your refund. Getting your refund takes about 7-10 business days and you’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment.
