We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. We use WooCommerce Payment to process all credit, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.
DIGITAL FILES REFUND & RETURNS
Due to it being a digital file, once the digital file is purchased and downloaded we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be processed. All of our products are handmade and made in the USA and can take some time to be fulfilled!
After your order has finished processing, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address you provided at checkout as soon as your order has shipped out.
SHIPPING
- Order for single Minimalist Wallet: $8, $2 each additional wallet.
- Order for single Long Wallet: $10, $4 each additional wallet
- Order for single Passport / Notebook Wallet: $10, $4 each additional wallet
- Order for a pair of earrings: $5.50, $1 each additional pair.
- Order for a single Coaster: $8, $2 each additional coaster.
ChenCreativeStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it as soon as possible. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we’ll do everything we can to help.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days after you receive your order, no questions asked, as long as your item is in undamaged, re-sellable condition.
To get started with your return or exchange, please contact us and reference your order number in your message.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us. For other returns, please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We know that some large companies offer free return shipping, and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, thanks for your understanding!
When returning an item, we are not responsible for items that get damaged or lost in transit.
REFUND TIMING & PAYMENT
Once we have received your order return, we will process your refund. Getting your refund takes about 7-10 business days and you’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment.
